We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at admin@36short.com.au within 30 days if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions if your return is approved. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
