    Our award winning London-style dry gin is perfectly tailored with a balanced range of botanicals and hand-picked lemons from our farm. It features lifted floral notes that transition into a full-flavoured back palate. Pure class and incredibly smooth, it's perfect for a G&T or to compliment your Martini.

    Olive Oil Martini Recipe:

    • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add 60ml 36 Short Original Gin, 20ml Vermouth and 1 tsp of the Sicilian Olive brine.
    • Shake well and strain into a martini glass.
    • Drizzle a few drops of our delicious 36 Short Extra Virgin Olive Oil over the cocktail.
    • Garnish with Sicilian olives on a pick.
